Operations & Facilities Manager

Job Description

Job Title: Operations & Facilities Manager. Location: Golden Valley, MN (On-site)

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations at the Minneapolis location, ensuring facility safety, performance, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and cross-departmental collaboration with engineering, finance, and procurement teams.
• Drive change management strategies and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders;
• Define and track KPIs to improve processes and ensure maintenance efficiency;
• Coordinate property management, lease agreements, and site expansion planning;
• Ensure alignment with company policies, safety regulations, and operational best practices.
• Report operational and financial metrics directly to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of experience in operations, program management, or facilities in a manufacturing or production environment
• 2+ years of team leadership experience;
• U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or asylum/refugee status)
• Not a PRC or Russian national unless also a U.S. citizen

Preferred

• Master’s in Operations Management, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience with building maintenance, blueprint reading, and EHS compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant operations software;
• Green Belt/Black Belt or Lean expertise;
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
